 油基钻井液稳黏提切剂的研制及应用

Development of rheology modifier for oil based drilling fluid

摘要: 随着目前国内外对页岩气及非常规气藏的大规模开发,油基钻井液得到了广泛的应用。在水平井施 工过程中暴露出高密度油基钻井液流变性调控困难、黏切过高、起下钻不畅、易粘卡等问题。为此以脂肪酸二聚体 与多元醇为原料的反应产物复配以肉豆蔻酸,研制出一种油基钻井液用提切剂 G322-MOD。评价了该提切剂在 高密度无土相油基钻井液的提切性能、抗温性能以及在不同基础油的提切性能并与国外同类产品进行了对比。结 果表明,提切剂 G322-MOD可显著增强油基钻井液的动切力和低剪切速率切力,对黏切影响较小,抗温可达180℃,对基础油的适应广泛,可用于多种基础油。在长宁 -威远页岩气示范区和四川反承包项目进行了推广应 用,取得了良好的效果,解决了长水平段施工中高密度油基钻井液黏度过高而低剪切速率切力过低,钻井液流动性 差,流变性难以调控的难题。为页岩气及其它非常规气藏低成本规模开发提供了技术保障。

Abstract:   With the development of shale gas and unconventional gas reservoirs at home and abroad, the oil based drilling fluid has been widely used. In horizontal well drilling it is found difficult to control the rheology of the high density OBM, with problems like too high viscosity, not easy tripping, and sticking. Using dimer fatty acid and polyol as raw material of reaction, mixed with tetradecanoic acid the rheology modifier G322-MOD has been developed for oil base drilling fluid. Its performance was evaluated and compared with similar foreign products. The results show that rheology modifier G322-MOD can significantly enhance YP and LSYP of oil base drilling fluid, with little impact on gel strength. It can be used in temperatures up to 180℃ , compatible with a variety of base oil. Have been applied in Changning-Weiyuan shale gas demonstration area of and Sichuan project, and good effects obtained. It provides a technical support for the development of shale gas and other unconventional gas reservoirs with low costs.
